
Private Training
Even though group lessons are great fun, they do not offer the same level of attention and focused training that a one-on-one session does. Some people learn better on their own as well, which is another reason why we craft our private training specific to each athlete’s needs.
A one-on-one training session provides your young athlete with the special attention necessary to build their skill set and confidence. Our instructors will introduce your child to the fundamentals and through a series of specific development techniques, guide them through the tough process of becoming a better athlete. No matter their skill level, each student will have an opportunity to grow and develop into a more confident athlete.
Strength & Conditioning
The start of each session is dedicated to building strength and conditioning. While practice and repetition are the cornerstones of growth, with hundreds of exercises in our catalogue, each session is sure to be unique.
Form
Reviewing and practicing proper form is imperative in every sport. After a basic skill assessment, each athlete will go through a custom program to learn and improve form be it for shooting, passing, dribbling, throwing, etc.
Skills
Beyond the fundamentals of how to shoot, kick, throw there are the advanced set of skills that bring it all together.
Strategy
In addition to learning proper form and skills, special attention is paid to developing a better understanding of the game. Improved strategy will help separate your athlete from the pack.
